A little bit of history:

Copyfax started in 1986 with a small commercial stationery shop in Croydon Park, SA. It provided quality photocopy and fax services to its customers as well as their stationery requirements.

By carefully sourcing the right range and mix of stationery stock and at the right prices, business rapidly expanded. Customers appreciated the traditional caring and knowledgeable and helpful service they received and the effort made to satisfy every order.

A second store was opened and then another, and as each store opened, sales growth and profitability for the new store occurred at a faster rate due to group buying power and expanded promotion of products to consumers, particularly to business customers.

Copyfax stores now cover the Adelaide metropolitan area and can supply everything a business needs to run smoothly.

It's true to say that the 'fax' part of our business is not what it was in '86, but the demand for personal and knowledgeable service is nowadays in even greater demand: customers certainly appreciate dealing directly with someone who takes the trouble to understand what they want and then does their very best to help.
